47F Expenses
(1) The Court or a Judge may make such orders as the Court or the Judge thinks just for the payment of expenses incurred in connection with: (a) the giving of testimony by video link, audio link or other appropriate means in accordance with this Part; or (b) the appearance of a person by video link, audio link or other appropriate means in accordance with this Part; or (c) the making of submissions by video link, audio link or other appropriate means in accordance with this Part. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to the regulations.
