#### 47D Putting documents to a person by video link, audio link or other appropriate means If, in the course of an examination or appearance of a person by video link, audio link or other appropriate means in accordance with this Part, it is necessary to put a document to the person, the Court or a Judge may direct or allow the document to be put to the person: (a) if the document is physically present in the courtroom or other place where the Court or the Judge is sitting: (i) by causing a copy of the document to be transmitted to the place where the person is located; and (ii) by causing the transmitted copy to be put to the person; or (b) if the document is physically present in the place where the person is located: (i) by causing the document to be put to the person; and (ii) by causing a copy of the document to be transmitted to the courtroom or other place where the Court or the Judge is sitting.
