#### 37D Terms and conditions of appointment (1) An assessor is appointed for the period (not longer than 5 years) specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for reappointment. (3) An assessor holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not provided for by this Act as are prescribed.
