#### 33L Situation where fewer than 7 group members If, at any stage of a representative proceeding, it appears likely to the Court that there are fewer than 7 group members, the Court may, on such conditions (if any) as it thinks fit: (a) order that the proceeding continue under this Part; or (b) order that the proceeding no longer continue under this Part.
