#### 30AK Stay or suspension of orders pending appeal (1) If an appeal to the Court has been instituted under this Division in relation to a judgment or decision (the appealed decision), the Court or a Judge may make an order, on such conditions (if any) as the Court or Judge thinks fit, to stay or otherwise affect the operation or implementation of, any order arising from the appealed decision. (2) This section does not affect the operation of any provision made by or under any other Act or by the Rules of Court for or in relation to the stay or suspension of orders.
