#### 30AH Practice and procedure applicable to the appeal Unless the Court orders otherwise: (a) the laws of the Commonwealth; and (b) the laws of the State or Territory applying under subsection 68(1) of the Judiciary Act 1903; and (c) the Rules of Court; relating to the practice and procedure to be followed during criminal appeal proceedings, are to be those in force at the time the following notice is filed in the Court: (d) if the appeal cannot be brought unless leave is given—the notice of application for leave to appeal; (e) otherwise—the notice of appeal.
