#### 23HB Oaths and affirmations (1) A person required to make an oath or affirmation under this Division must make the oath or affirmation in the form provided for in the Rules of Court. (2) The Court may require a person to make an oath or affirmation for the purposes of this Division if the Court thinks this is reasonably necessary.
