23EB Confidentiality directions
(1) The Court may give such directions as the Court thinks necessary in order to protect the security of a juror or potential juror. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Court may direct that a potential juror: (a) be called under subsection 23DZJ(1) by number only; and (b) be referred to during the proceedings by number only. (3) A direction under this section may cover more than one juror or potential juror.
