#### 23DC Direction to arrange for a jury panel (1) The Court may give the Sheriff a written direction to arrange for a jury panel for indictable primary proceedings. (2) The direction must specify the place (the sitting place) in the State or Territory where the jury is to sit. (3) The Sheriff must comply with the direction.
