18PA Marshal
(1) The Marshal of the Court is responsible for: (a) the security of the Court; and (b) the personal security of the Judges and officers and staff of the Court. (2) The Marshal of the Court is also responsible for: (a) taking, receiving and detaining all persons committed to the Marshal’s custody by the Court; and (b) discharging such persons when so directed by the Court or otherwise required by law.
