#### 42.01 Application of Part
(1) This Part applies to a proceeding under the AD(JR) Act.
> Note: AD(JR) Act is defined in the Dictionary.
(2) Chapters 1 and 3 apply, so far as they are relevant and not inconsistent with this Chapter, to a proceeding under the AD(JR) Act.
