#### 23.01 Report after family counselling or family dispute resolution At the end of court‑ordered family counselling or family dispute resolution, the family counsellor or family dispute resolution practitioner must give to the Court a report of: (a) the number of family counselling and family dispute resolution sessions; and (b) the outcome; and (c) the recommended future management of the matter. > Note: In certain circumstances the Court may direct the parties to attend family counselling or family dispute resolution: see Part IIIB and Division 3 of Part VII (which deals with counselling in matters affecting children) of the Family Law Act.
