99Officers of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia

#### 99 Officers of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (1) In addition to the Chief Executive Officer, there are to be the following officers of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia: (a) such Registrars as are necessary; (b) the Sheriff of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; (c) such Deputy Sheriffs as are necessary; (d) the Marshal of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; (e) such Deputy Marshals as are necessary; (f) such family consultants as are necessary. (6) The officers of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, other than the Chief Executive Officer, have such duties, powers and functions as are given to them by: (a) this Act; or (b) the Rules of Court; or (c) the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; or (d) the Chief Judge.
