85Orders and judgments

#### 85 Orders and judgments The Rules of Court may make provision for or in relation to: (a) the enforcement and execution of judgments of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; and (b) the stay of proceedings in, or under judgments of, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia or another court; and (c) the stay of proceedings in, or under decisions of, tribunals; and (d) the procedure of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia exercising its powers (whether under section 112AP of the Family Law Act 1975 or otherwise) to deal with a person for contempt of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; and (e) the form in which the Federal Circuit Court of Australia or a Judge is to give reasons for decisions.
