72 Expenses
(1) The Federal Circuit Court of Australia or a Judge may make such orders as the Federal Circuit Court of Australia or the Judge thinks just for the payment of expenses incurred in connection with: (a) the giving of testimony by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division; or (b) the appearance of a person by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division; or (c) the making of submissions by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to the regulations.
