58Oaths and affirmations

#### 58 Oaths and affirmations (1) A Judge may require and administer all necessary oaths and affirmations for the purposes of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. (2) A Judge may cause to be administered all necessary oaths and affirmations for the purposes of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. For this purpose, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia may, either orally or in writing, authorise any person (whether in or outside Australia) to administer oaths and affirmations. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may, by written instrument, authorise: (a) a Registrar; or (b) a member of the staff of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia; to administer oaths and affirmations for the purposes of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. > Note: See also paragraph 90(1)(d).
