32 Consent orders
(1) If the parties to proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia have reached agreement about a matter in dispute in the proceedings, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia or a Judge may, on application by the parties, make an order in the terms of the agreement. (2) This section has effect subject to the Rules of Court.
