A legal practitioner acting in proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, or consulted by a person considering instituting such proceedings, must consider whether or not to advise: (a) the parties to the proceedings; or (b) the person considering instituting proceedings; about the dispute resolution processes that could be used to resolve any matter in dispute.
