#### 14.01 Definitions for Chapter 14
In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
> Judicial Registrar means a Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court (Division 1).
> Senior Judicial Registrar means:
(a) the Chief Executive Officer; or
(b) a Senior Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court (Division 1).
