#### 3.01 Sittings (1) The Court sits at times and places as directed by the Chief Judge. (2) Unless the Judge constituting the Court otherwise directs, the Court does not sit: (a) on a Saturday or Sunday; or (b) on a day that is a public holiday where the registry is located.
