3  Schedules   Legislation that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms. Schedule 1—Amendments relating to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Part 1—Amendments 1  Subsection 4(1) Omit “, the standard Rules of Court and the related Federal Circuit Court Rules, unless the contrary intention appears”, substitute “and the applicable Rules of Court”. 2  Subsection 4(1)  (a) definition of administrative affairs;  (b) definition of appeal;  (c) definition of Appeal Division. 3  Subsection 4(1) (definition of applicable Rules of Court) applicable Rules of Court:  (a) in relation to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1)—means the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) Rules; and  (b) in relation to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2)—means the related Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) Rules; and  (c) in relation to any other court—means the standard Rules of Court.
