205 Subsections 18ZH(2) and (3) (2) The Chief Executive Officer may delegate the Chief Executive Officer’s powers under paragraph (1)(b) or (c) to appoint any or all of the officers to the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. (3) The appointment of a person to more than one office, or an office or offices of more than one court, mentioned in subsection (1) may be made in a single instrument.
