#### 197 Time limits on giving of testimony (1) The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) or a Judge may give directions about limiting the time for the giving of testimony in proceedings before the Court. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Rules of Court.
