137 Exercise of jurisdiction
(1) The jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) is to be exercised by the Court constituted by a single Judge. (2) In a matter before, or coming before, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2), a Judge may give directions under subsection 192(1).
