##### 69 Airports (Surface Traffic) Act (1) Where, in accordance with Part IV, a Schedule airport or another airport becomes a Federal airport, it ceases to be an airport within the meaning of the Airports (Surface Traffic) Act 1960. (2) For the purposes of this section, an airport shall be taken to become a Federal airport if part of the airport becomes a Federal airport.
