##### 67 Delegation by Chief Executive Officer
(1) The Chief Executive Officer may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Corporation’s powers under this Act to:
(a) a member; or
(b) an employee; or
(c) a person in respect of whose services arrangements under paragraph 61(3)(a) are in force.
(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Corporation.
(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Corporation.
