61Staff of Corporation

##### 61 Staff of Corporation (1) The Corporation may employ such persons as it thinks necessary for the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers. (2) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of an employee shall be such as are determined by the Board. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Corporation, arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), an authority of the Commonwealth that is not such an Agency or another person: (a) for the services of officers or employees of the Agency, of the authority or of the other person, as the case may be, to be made available for the purposes of the Corporation; or (b) for the services of an employee to be made available for the purposes of the Agency, of the authority or of the other person, as the case may be.
