57FSuperannuation payments

##### 57F Superannuation payments For the purposes of section 82AAC of the Assessment Act, a payment made by the Corporation to the Commonwealth under arrangements made for the purposes of paragraph 87J(8)(b) of the Public Service Act 1922 is taken to be a contribution to a fund for the purpose mentioned in paragraph 82AAC(1)(a) of the Assessment Act, being a fund that is an eligible superannuation fund, within the meaning of Part IX of the Assessment Act, in relation to the year of income of the fund in which the payment is made.
