##### 57 Rents etc. paid in advance Where the Minister becomes satisfied that an amount received by the Commonwealth is or includes: (a) an amount paid under a lease, licence or authority relating to land, or to a building or part of a building on land, in respect of a period when that land is vested in the Corporation; (b) an amount in respect of the use by aircraft of an aerodrome in respect of a period when the aerodrome is a Federal airport; or (c) an amount by way of a charge for services provided by the Corporation; the Minister, having regard to all matters that he or she considers relevant, shall determine, in writing, the amount that should be paid by the Commonwealth to the Corporation because of the receipt of the first‑mentioned amount, and the amount so determined is payable by the Commonwealth to the Corporation.
