##### 35 Evidence of boundaries of airports
(1) The Minister, or a person holding or performing the duties of an office in the Department authorised by the Minister to give certificates under this section, may, by writing signed by him or her, certify that, on a specified day or during a specified period, a Federal airport, a Schedule airport or a Federal airport development site had the boundaries described, by reference to a map or otherwise, in the certificate.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, including a prosecution under this Act, a certificate under subsection (1) is evidence of the matters certified.
(3) A document purporting to be a certificate under subsection (1) and to be signed by a person authorised by the Minister to give such a certificate shall, unless evidence to the contrary is adduced, be deemed to be such a certificate.
