##### 27 Closure of Federal airport The Minister may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette, declare that, on a day specified in the notice (being a day later than the day of publication of the notice in the Gazette), a Federal airport specified in the notice shall cease to be a Federal airport and, where the Minister makes such a declaration, the declaration has effect accordingly.
