26ADeclaration of place as a Federal airport development site

##### 26A Declaration of place as a Federal airport development site (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may declare that a place is a Federal airport development site. (2) A declaration under subsection (1): (a) must be made by notice published in the Gazette; and (b) must be made only in respect of a place that consists of or includes land that is owned by either the Commonwealth or the Corporation; and (c) must specify the name by which the site is to be known; and (d) must specify the day on which the declaration is to come into effect; and (e) may relate to 2 or more places. (3) The day specified under paragraph (2)(d) must be later than the day on which the notice is published in the Gazette. (4) If a declaration relates to 2 or more places, the places need not be contiguous.
