26Variation of Federal airports

##### 26 Variation of Federal airports (1) The Minister, on the recommendation of the Board, may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette, declare that on a day specified in the notice (being a day later than the day of publication of the notice in the Gazette), a place owned by the Commonwealth or by the Corporation and specified in the notice shall form part of a Federal airport specified in the notice and, where the Minister makes such a declaration, the declaration has effect accordingly. (2) The Minister, on the recommendation of the Board, may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette, declare that, on a day specified in the notice (being a day later than the day of publication of the notice in the Gazette), a place specified in the notice forming part of a Federal airport specified in the notice shall cease to be part of that Federal airport and, where the Minister makes such a declaration, the declaration has effect accordingly.
