##### 16 Remuneration and allowances of members
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson and the other members shall be paid:
(a) such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and
(b) such allowances as are prescribed.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer is not entitled to be paid remuneration or allowances under this section.
(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
