3 Interpretation
*[Section 3 Amended by No. 77 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears –
eligible person means a person who is engaged in farming operations and whose sole or principal source of income is derived from those operations;
loan means a loan under this Act;
TDR means Tasmania Development and Resources.
