12 Appropriation from the Public Account, &c.
*[Section 12 Amended by No. 77 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*The money required for the purposes of this Act shall be paid from –
(a) [Section 12 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] money appropriated by Parliament from the Public Account for the purpose; or
(b) the other funds of TDR available for the purpose.
