37 Farm household allowance not payable if allowance rate nil
(1) Farm household allowance is not payable to a person if the person’s allowance rate would be nil. (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to a person if the person’s rate would be nil merely because the person has been paid an advance pharmaceutical allowance under the social security law.
