#### 8D Persons not qualified if they have received farm help income support for 1 year (1) A person is not qualified, or ceases to be qualified, for farm help income support if the person has received farm help income support in respect of a period of 1 year, or in respect of periods that add up to 1 year. (2) If a person’s partner (if any) during a period was paid farm help income support in respect of the period, that period is taken, for the purposes of subsection (1), to be a period during which the person received farm help income support.
