#### 6C Ending exceptional circumstances relief payments for small businesses (1) Exceptional circumstances relief payment is not payable to a person who qualifies for the payment under subsection 8A(5) in respect of any period that is after 30 June 2008, or such later day as is prescribed. (2) Exceptional circumstances relief payment is not payable to a person who qualifies for the payment under subsection 8A(7) in respect of any period that is after 30 June 2009, or such later day as is prescribed.
