52AA Where there is a return to farming
If: (a) a person has received a farm help re‑establishment grant; and (b) the person, or the person’s partner, acquires a right or interest in a farm enterprise within 5 years after receiving the grant; the Commonwealth may recover an amount equal to the grant as a debt due to the Commonwealth.
