48 Termination—at request of recipient or if recipient ceases to be qualified
(1) Farm household support ceases to be payable to a person if: (a) the person asks the Secretary in writing to stop paying instalments of farm household support to him or her; or (b) the person ceases to be qualified for farm household support. (2) Exceptional circumstances relief payment ceases to be payable to a person if: (a) the person asks the Secretary in writing to stop paying instalments of exceptional circumstances relief payment to him or her; or (b) the person ceases to be qualified for exceptional circumstances relief payment. (3) Farm help income support ceases to be payable to a person if: (a) the person asks the Secretary in writing to stop paying instalments of farm help income support to him or her; or (b) the person ceases to be qualified for farm help income support.
