#### 47 Termination—determination by Secretary that recipient no longer in need If at any time within the period in respect of which a person is qualified for farm household support, exceptional circumstances relief payment or farm help income support, the Secretary is satisfied, and determines in writing, that because of a change in the financial situation of the person, the person is no longer in need of farm household support, exceptional circumstances relief payment or farm help income support, as the case requires, then farm household support, exceptional circumstances relief payment or farm help income support, as the case requires, ceases to be payable to the person immediately before the day on which the determination is made.
