18 Application for prohibition certificate
(1) A farmer who is in default, and who has requested a Creditor to mediate in respect of the farm debt concerned, may apply to the Commissioner for a certificate prohibiting the Creditor from taking enforcement action.
(2) An application for a prohibition certificate under subsection (1) –
(a) may be made whether or not the farmer has been given a notice inviting mediation in respect of the farm debt; and
(b) is to be in an approved form.
