#### 27 Aiding, abetting and attempts 27 Aiding, abetting and attempts > > (1) A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures, or by act or omission is in any way directly or indirectly concerned in or a party to, the commission of an offence against this Act or the regulations is taken to have committed the offence and is liable to the penalty for the offence. > > > (2) A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations commits an offence and is punishable as if the attempted offence had been committed.
