sec.87 Notices by mortgagee
If property is subject to a farm mortgage and another Act requires the mortgagee to give a notice to the farmer, as mortgagor, before exercising a power or right conferred by the other Act or by the farm mortgage in relation to the property— nothing in this Act affects the requirement to give the notice under the other Act; and a notice required to be given under this Act does not fail to comply with this Act merely because the notice includes matter required to be stated in a notice required to be given under the other Act before exercising the power or right.
