sec.77 When original decision takes effect
This section applies to— an original decision to refuse an application for an enforcement action suspension certificate; and an original decision to issue an exemption certificate. The original decision does not take effect until— if an application for an internal review of the original decision is made—the chief executive officer decides the application; or otherwise—the end of the last day to apply for an internal review of the decision. (sec.77-ssec.1) This section applies to— an original decision to refuse an application for an enforcement action suspension certificate; and an original decision to issue an exemption certificate. (sec.77-ssec.2) The original decision does not take effect until— if an application for an internal review of the original decision is made—the chief executive officer decides the application; or otherwise—the end of the last day to apply for an internal review of the decision.
