sec.69 Application of division
This division applies in relation to a person who is accredited as a mediator under this Act or a corresponding law. If a person is accredited as a mediator under a corresponding law, a reference in this division to the person’s accreditation is a reference to the person’s accreditation under the corresponding law to the extent the accreditation is recognised under this Act. The term mediator is defined in schedule 1 to mean a person who is accredited as a mediator under a corresponding law as well as a person who is accredited as a mediator under this part. (sec.69-ssec.1) This division applies in relation to a person who is accredited as a mediator under this Act or a corresponding law. (sec.69-ssec.2) If a person is accredited as a mediator under a corresponding law, a reference in this division to the person’s accreditation is a reference to the person’s accreditation under the corresponding law to the extent the accreditation is recognised under this Act. The term mediator is defined in schedule 1 to mean a person who is accredited as a mediator under a corresponding law as well as a person who is accredited as a mediator under this part.
