sec.58 Applying for accreditation
An individual may apply to the authority to be accredited as a mediator. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. (sec.58-ssec.1) An individual may apply to the authority to be accredited as a mediator. (sec.58-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
