sec.46 Issuing certificate
If the authority decides to approve a farmer’s application for an enforcement action suspension certificate, the authority must issue the certificate, in the approved form, to the farmer. The enforcement action suspension certificate must— state the name of the farmer and the mortgagee; and identify the farm property; and state when the certificate ends. The authority must give a copy of the certificate to the mortgagee. The authority must comply with this section as soon as practicable after deciding to approve the farmer’s application. (sec.46-ssec.1) If the authority decides to approve a farmer’s application for an enforcement action suspension certificate, the authority must issue the certificate, in the approved form, to the farmer. (sec.46-ssec.2) The enforcement action suspension certificate must— state the name of the farmer and the mortgagee; and identify the farm property; and state when the certificate ends. (sec.46-ssec.3) The authority must give a copy of the certificate to the mortgagee.
