Each party to a mediation must pay— the party’s own costs for the mediation; and half of the mediator’s fee and costs for the mediation. A party’s costs for a mediation include the costs incurred by the party in relation to the mediation. the costs of travel and accommodation incurred to attend a mediation meeting This section applies subject to section 23 (5) .
